Good old accommodation with perfect setting not far from the beer garden and the church. Well-equipped rooms with the 2 chairs by the window for hotel guests. Very attentive staff on reception and elsewhere.

Well positioned for Melford Hall (NT).In lovely small town with fine architecture. Hotel itself a fine old building.Room in reasonably quiet location at rear ( but air extractor noise nearby rather obtrusive). Relaxed atmosphere.
